Ubud, Bali
The stuff of goals, Bambu Indah is the work of architect and jeweler John Hardy and his spouse Cynthia, both long-time citizens of Bali.
Called itself ‘considerably unique’, the grounds boast eleven antique bridal houses shipped from Java for accommodation, a putting living room with bamboo pods and hammocks, a rustic deck overlooking oceans of inexperienced, a ‘hidden’ meditation area featuring a circular bed floating cloud-like in swathes of fabric, and, pleasant of all, a pod-shaped treehouse floating serenely above the lot.

The magic of a circus tent pitched in the center of a rice paddy, blended with a curious mix of Indonesian-Japanese meals and quiet a panorama.
After walking along the well known Sari Organik walk (a warung or small, local eating place and organic farm just up the path), it’s even simpler to deal with yourself to an hour or two of reading book on one of this much-loved spot.
